Job Description

H&T Nevada is looking to hire for the position of (Divisional) Project Manager. This person would be responsible for overreaching projects within the H&T Rechargeable Division and strategically important projects which are site specific (mainly H&T Nevada). The Project Manager will assist the executive team in driving projects forward and help remove barriers and achieve outcomes.

The essential duties and responsibilities of the Project Manager include:
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support critical business objectives in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders
  • Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and key stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion
  • Establish divisional structure for projects and reporting
  • Setup communication schemes to keep track of project progress
  • Keep track of cost and capex spending within projects
  • Take over project lead in special task projects
  • Support in setting up project structure


The right person for this position would also be responsible for the following Monitoring/Reporting/Analysis tasks:

  • Provide support to Chairman in preparing presentation for management meetings and advisory board meetings
  • Monitoring of ongoing programs and processes
  • Challenge information which is provided to you
  • Perform special analysis when requested


New business support

  • Support business development in exploring new business opportunities
  • Monitoring of ongoing programs and processes
  • Support development and preparation of global business plans


Minimum Requirements:

  • Initial experience in Project Management (2+ years) in a manufacturing environment or a management consulting company
  • University degree, preferably MBA
  • Proven track record of successful execution in a complex environment
  • Willingness to re-locate to Reno, NV area
